“There seems to be a number of women who travel, but like the security of knowing someone from their area will also be on the tour,” according to Sharleen Dickson, who spearheaded the Ladies on the Go ladies travelling club initiative.

“Our women’s travel club consists of ladies who are single, divorced, widowed or just has a spouse who does not like to travel”.
